This is just an FYI about the winter weather in the Mid-West United States.

With winter upon us, it’s time for people across the state of Illinois to prepare for the cold temperatures, snow and ice and that define winter weather in Illinois.  (This is a real change from San Diego!!)  As part of Winter Storm Preparedness Week 2007, the Illinois Emergency Management Agency published the Winter Storm Preparedness Guide which can be accessed through their website at http://www.iema.illinois.gov/.  The guide contains tips on how to stay safe in the home and the car.
