Since I have a mixed collection of furnishings from my early years and my Mother's antiques, I call my current (dare I say) style, "post college eclectic!" * Thanks to Nia K. from Ryze for this idea!

Nia 1 post May 12, 2005 7:57 PM	Hello! It's really hard to say what "style" is mines. I love change. One day I can have an all white room- and the next want an Asian Red theme. thank God for paint and a husband that paints ;-) If anything I'd say I too am eclectic Now, you got me thinking and I'll be up all night watching HGTV. LOL
Prieta926 2 posts May 14, 2005 8:16 PM	Tough question. I just love the beach so I would do my livingroom nautical. I have my livingroom like that now and would love to have my own home to do the livingroom the way I want. I also like different themes. I want my kitchen country and of course with strawberries, my dinningroom coca cola diner style, the way it used to look way way long ago LOL. I love the jukebox and the poodle skirts. My bedroom would be victorian like Bobbie mentioned. Kids room to what ever they desire lol. Oh and my basement I would turn it into a club like place. Myhusband is a dj and always thought of doing the basement like a club. With the black light and the funky lamps that he loves. The idea I have is just awesome, but then again ideas in mind is better then on paper lol. Annette

Low tables with bench seats, lava lamps, chrome, mirrored ball...? Dark wall color and a black and white checker board floor? Let's "build" it together. SoFloDeb 1 post May 22, 2005 5:08 AM	I would love to have an Italian Villa with all the trimmings - the wrought iron work, the terra cotta trimmings, the beautiful golds, crimson, deep purples. In the real world, we have a contemporary single family home in South Florida. But we will be having a new townhome built - sales start some time late Summer or early fall. So I am going to try to incorporate all of my desires for the Tuscany coloring into that new home. Fortunately it will be Mediterranean styles with a large courtyard. This is a great question! Prieta926 4 posts May 24, 2005 4:42 PM	The idea of the basement is having a special room that his DJ equipment will be in and he will have a big window like to view the company having fun but the company wont be able to see him because it will be mirrored one way like in the interrogating room they show on tv for the cops. Yes there will be lots of cool lamps but the black lights and the stars is a MUST. I did a tiny room like that now but can't wait for our own house to make it way more comfortable. Speaking of I have to take pictures of that room. I took a picture of all my rooms except for that one. Every guy that comes in they love it lol. It is so male like room lol. I did it according to what he wanted and he did some on his own. It was really fun doing this room. I love it. Some friday nights we have the kids stay in their room and we listen to music in this room with only black lights on and drinks beers. It is soooo much fun!! Annette
jillsartwork 2 posts Jun 18, 2005 4:25 AM	Mine would have TONS of color, murals and just fun. I'm a artist and i have a lot of different things here and styles. trish311 1 post Feb 06, 2006 5:44 PM	I would have, and am working on having each room a different color, bright and contrasting. My bathroom is all purle and I would love to have a purple toilet. I don't know where I would buy one. I might try to paint mine..?? I did manage to find purple toilet paper, imported from France no less. For anyone else into color as much as I am , you can find a variety of colored toilet paper on the site www.frenchtoiletpaper.com happy decorating!
