Hi Mel ~ What a great time in your life! Lots to explore and even more going on, so you might want your apt. to be a refuge of serenity... Paint and accessories in neutrals -but they don't have to be beige!

Think monochromatic:
*Ice blues with silver and glass;
*Coffee colors of cappuccino, cafe au lait and honey cream.
*Use textures like jacquards and chenilles in the same color families.
*Use accent colors sparingly but at least 3 times (i.e. pillows on couch, a throw and dominant color in an art print).

Think about what makes you feel good when you walk into a room, those are the aspects you'll want to capture for your home. Good luck and don't hesitate to contact me for more ideas! (-;
