What Sets Us Apart
40% Commission- Designers are paid 30% commission on their first $1,500 in sales, and then promoted to a permanent 40% commission. That’s a 33 1/3% pay raise! (When was the last time YOU got that big of a raise?)
For example, with a $500 party at 30% commission, your pay is $150.00. With a $500 party at 40% commission, your pay is $200. That's a $50 Bonus! Where else can you receive that kind of pay increase after only $1,500 in sales and a few weeks with a company?

Health Benefits - Home & Garden Party is the first and only party plan to offer affordable health benefits. We have two new insurance (Life, Health and Cancer) options available for ALL Designers.

• The DSWA (Direct Selling Women’s Association) has implemented an insurance plan available to all of their members. Membership is $89 per year, and they offer many great programs. Training
If you live in the Central Illinois area, we have a monthly meeting in Springfield (I-55 exit 93) as well as several in the surrounding area. Plus I am always available to get together for one-on-one trainings, party take-alongs, questions, etc.
If you live far from me, we can complete most of your training over the phone, through email and snail-mail.
- Home & Garden Party offers tele-course training live, recorded and online for your use.
- Daily, weekly and monthly phone conferences are held for your convenience.
- I will mail and email (if available) training materials and ideas.

Sponsoring Bonus - The sponsoring Designer earns a bonus when (s)he recruits a Designer-in-training into the company. There is an override bonus when the trainee reaches his/her first $1500 in sales (recruit receives a raise and so does the Designer!). Thereafter, the Designer earns a 3% wholesale bonus override on the new designer's sales. (The only minimum sales requirement refers to maintaining a downline - recruits under you.)
